MicMac Promotion has been active since 1996 in Giubiasco. It is registered in the Commercial Registry of the Canton of Ticino as a limited liability company (link) and in the Central Business Index (link), under the registered name MIC MAC Promotion Sagl.

MicMac Promotion operates in the field of promotional marketing, offering its clients direct marketing solutions such as the production and customization of promotional gadgets and apparel, as well as consulting on ideas and targeted items tailored to specific needs.

 

4.1 Offers

The requested quotations are transmitted in digital format, with the validity period stated in the document, and generally include:

description of the items, printing and/or customization techniques, quantities, pricing, and general terms or any specific conditions relating to the product or the sale.

 

4.2 Sampling

The supply of neutral or customized pre-production samples (where feasible) must always be agreed in advance with the client. Neutral or customized samples must be returned within 30 days; otherwise, they will be invoiced, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

 

4.2 Invoicing

Invoices are sent by email in digital format, with the payment terms indicated on the document. As a rule, invoices are due 30 days from the date of issue.

Payment may be made in cash, by bank transfer using a payment slip with QR code, or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Discounts and other deductions not agreed at the quotation and order confirmation stage will not be accepted and will be reclaimed with additional reminder charges.

All invoices are subject to statutory VAT.

 

4.3 Delivery

Goods are usually made available to the client ex our warehouse in Giubiasco. It is possible to arrange delivery to the final destination upon agreement.

 

4.4 Cancellation

Confirmed orders that are subsequently cancelled will be invoiced at a minimum of 30% of the previously approved amount.

 

4.5 Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted within eight days of receipt of the goods.

5.1 Graphics

All elements to be used (logos or other print subjects) must be provided exclusively in vector format, preferably in common standards such as *.pdf, *.ai, or *.svg.
Graphic work, such as vectorization or other processing, will be invoiced if not agreed upon in advance.

 

5.2 Colours

Colors must always be specified in the Pantone scale; otherwise, they will be converted to the closest Pantone match to the displayed color. RGB or CMYK formats are only acceptable if permitted by the printing technique.

 

5.3 Printing and customization techniques

For example: screen printing, sublimation, pad printing, embroidery (classic or 3D), transfer, DTF, DTG, UV printing, laser engraving (single-color or multicolor), and others.

6.1. Legal Compliance
Partners must comply with all applicable laws and operate in an ethical and transparent manner.

 

6.2. Child and Forced Labour
Any employment of minors and any form of forced labour is prohibited, in accordance with the
following:

 

6.2.1 ILO Conventions Nº.138 and Nº.182 and the ILO–IOE Child Labour Guidance Tool for Business of the 15th December 2015;

 

6.2.2 The OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct of the 30th May 2018
and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

 

 

6.3 Health and Safety
Safe working conditions and adequate preventive measures must be ensured.

 

6.4 Environment
Partners must commit to reducing environmental impact and comply with current regulations.

 

6.5 Business Ethics
Corruption, fraud, and unfair practices are prohibited. Full transparency is required.

 

6.6 Human Rights and Working Conditions
Fundamental workers’ rights must be respected and fair wages provided.

 

6.7 Product Quality and Safety
Products must comply with applicable regulatory standards and ensure traceability.

 

6.8 Monitoring
The company may request documents or carry out audits to confirm compliance with this code.
